Founding & Managing Partner
Ryan Kelly is the Founding & Managing Partner and Sr. VP Marketing Strategies at WSI Smart Marketing. He has 20 years of highly successful sales and marketing experience in Internet solutions and print advertising.
Ryan is nationally recognized as one of America’s premier digital marketing strategists, speakers, teachers, and mentors. He has assisted innumerable companies throughout the United States and abroad in developing and achieving profitable business strategies and goals.
Over the past 14 years, Ryan has worked tirelessly partnering with companies around the country to assist them in building their brand, designing predictable lead generation products, creating engaging and award-winning websites, and creating and/or managing their online social platforms. He is also a certified and licensed conversion specialist. This means that Ryan works hard to create transparent reporting that creates true accountability to performance.
When Ryan is not working, he’s spending time with his beautiful wife Amanda, his ninja son Lincoln, and his artistic daughter Abby. Ryan loves anything “island.” That’s right—island music, island food, and anywhere there is a body of water that he can sit next to or swim in.
Director of Marketing & Operations
As Director of Marketing & Operations, Cynthia oversees the Marketing and Production Divisions for WSI, supporting her teams with delivering exceptional service, successful marketing campaigns and projects, and partnerships for the company She is passionate about personal and business growth and is an avid learner and reader, with a tenacious spirit. Her core focus includes client and staff retention, team leadership, business operations, productivity & efficiency, and working with her teams to generate profitable leads for WSI’s client portfolio.
Cynthia has 15+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and client relations and has a Business Marketing degree from Sonoma State University, School of Business and Economics. She’s been awarded as an International Top Contributor for her contributions to the global WSI network and has extensive knowledge in business & marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid ads, video marketing, email marketing, social media, website development, graphic design, branding strategy, and more.
When Cynthia isn’t plugging away on her computer, you can find her leading her team, reading books, at the gym, seeking the next challenge, listening to music, or spending time with family and friends. She loves brainstorming with business leaders within her community and around the world and seeks to elevate her knowledge and potential on a daily basis.
Accounting & HR Division Director
Mandi Foster is WSI’s Accounting Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Mandi has been a resident of Sonoma County for more than 20 years and holds a Master’s Degree from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, Davis. After receiving her Master’s Degree she spent five years as the office manager and bookkeeper for a non-profit organization. She took a break to raise her twin boys and then rejoined the workforce, spending four years working for Cardtronics as a web portal administrator and liaison between their vendors and accounting department.
Outside of the office, Mandi loves hanging out with her husband Corey and her twin boys, Colton and Kittrick. They love exploring the outdoors including camping, hiking and skiing as well as visiting amusement parks and seeing how many roller coasters they can ride in one day.
Account Manager
Emma Wanger is an Account Manager at WSI Smart Marketing. Originally from the UK, Emma graduated from Newcastle University with a Masters in Cross-Cultural Communications. After graduation she spent years travelling the world and living in China, New Zealand and Australia before settling in Sonoma County.
Emma is skilled in SEO and loves all things digital marketing. Her knowledge of digital marketing includes analyzing Google Analytics reports, search engine optimization (SEO), content generation, management, and more. Emma loves to help businesses grow and expand their online presence through effective digital marketing strategies.
Outside of the office, Emma enjoys hiking with her husband and exploring her new home. Her goal is to visit every national park in the US. If she’s not out and about, you’ll find her at home knitting and drinking tea!
Web Designer / Project Manager
Preston is a web developer and designer with over 20 years of experience. He built his first website in 1996 and has been using his skills professionally since 2001. He attended the Santa Rosa Junior College for graphic design after moving to Sonoma County in 1999 from Portland, Oregon.
Preston has a passion for the web and staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies to help your business stand out and attract new customers. He is proficient in a variety of programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. He is also experienced in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Drupal.
Outside of the office, Preston is an avid music lover and musician. He occasionally plays jazz guitar with local musicians. He is also an avid hiker and gamer. A proud father of two, he can often be found spending time with his family and possibly playing some board games or eating good food.
Preston is a valuable asset to any team and is always looking for new challenges. He is a creative thinker and problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve the user experience. He is also a great communicator and is able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to clients.

Account Manager
Denisse is an Account Manager at WSI Smart Marketing. She was born and raised in Napa, California and graduated from The Napa Valley College. She then transferred to Sonoma State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.
She has a passion for digital marketing and media, therefore she enjoys applying her skills to the real world. She’s dedicated to building strong client relationships and ensuring project goals are met. Additionally, she loves connecting with people and building relationships along the way! Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, going to the gym, and taking photos!
Fun Fact: Denisse has a strong passion for sports, and is a big 49ers fan! When she has the chance to attend a live game, she will be there! She loves the atmosphere and enjoys the excitement of attending a live football game.
Founding Partner / Sr. Advisory Counsel
Judy Kelly is a Founding Partner / Sr. Advisory Counsel at WSI Smart Marketing. As Director of Production for the past 14 years, she oversees and coordinates the digital content, design, image production, multi-media production and publishing in conjunction with cross-functional development teams to deliver and maintain first-class websites.
Judy enjoys working with clients to learn about their businesses and establish the scope of their projects to ensure quality solutions. She enjoys the process of planning, organizing, and promoting web content and site development that includes graphic design, content writing/editing, and web coding.
Judy attended Santa Rosa Junior College and graduated from College of Marin with a Certificate in Court Reporting. Her years of experience in court reporting as well as her studies in interior home design have grounded her creative ambitions and served her well in website design production and content writing.
Judy is married, the mother of three sons, and Nana to four amazing grandchildren. She loves to travel, garden, cook and read.

Ken Kelly is a founding partner and the past Chief Executive Officer/President of WSI Smart Marketing. He co-founded the agency in 2007 and helped develop the plan that made WSI Smart Marketing a top agency producer focused on helping companies reach the next level of success.
With a career spanning four decades, Ken has achieved a thorough knowledge of marketing, sales and business management and understands how to promote businesses in an ever-changing and competitive market. His career association has included prestigious companies like Immucor, Inc., which grew to rank number one in the world within its industry.
His past experience includes teaching at the high school and university levels as well as teaching advanced sales skills and management in the medical field.
Ken holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington State University.
He is a husband, father of three sons, and grandfather to four exceptional grandchildren. In his spare time, Ken enjoys writing and is a published author.
