Founding & Managing Partner
Ryan Kelly is the Founding & Managing Partner and Sr. VP Marketing Strategies at WSI Smart Marketing. He has 20 years of highly successful sales and marketing experience in Internet solutions and print advertising.
Ryan is nationally recognized as one of America’s premier digital marketing strategists, speakers, teachers, and mentors. He has assisted innumerable companies throughout the United States and abroad in developing and achieving profitable business strategies and goals.
Over the past 14 years, Ryan has worked tirelessly partnering with companies around the country to assist them in building their brand, designing predictable lead generation products, creating engaging and award-winning websites, and creating and/or managing their online social platforms. He is also a certified and licensed conversion specialist. This means that Ryan works hard to create transparent reporting that creates true accountability to performance.
When Ryan is not working, he’s spending time with his beautiful wife Amanda, his ninja son Lincoln, and his artistic daughter Abby. Ryan loves anything “island.” That’s right—island music, island food, and anywhere there is a body of water that he can sit next to or swim in.

Mandi Foster is WSI’s Accounting Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Mandi has been a resident of Sonoma County for more than 20 years and holds a Master’s Degree from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, Davis. After receiving her Master’s Degree she spent five years as the office manager and bookkeeper for a non-profit organization. She took a break to raise her twin boys and then rejoined the workforce, spending four years working for Cardtronics as a web portal administrator and liaison between their vendors and accounting department.
Outside of the office, Mandi loves hanging out with her husband Corey and her twin boys, Colton and Kittrick. They love exploring the outdoors including camping, hiking and skiing as well as visiting amusement parks and seeing how many roller coasters they can ride in one day.
Account Manager
Denisse is an Account Manager at WSI Smart Marketing. She was born and raised in Napa, California and graduated from The Napa Valley College. She then transferred to Sonoma State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.
She has a passion for digital marketing and media, therefore she enjoys applying her skills to the real world. She’s dedicated to building strong client relationships and ensuring project goals are met. Additionally, she loves connecting with people and building relationships along the way! Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, going to the gym, and taking photos!
Fun Fact: Denisse has a strong passion for sports, and is a big 49ers fan! When she has the chance to attend a live game, she will be there! She loves the atmosphere and enjoys the excitement of attending a live football game.
Account Manager
Daniel Teran, an Account Manager at WSI Smart Marketing, brings a diverse background to his role. After graduating in 2018 with a degree in General Studies focusing on Science, Technology, Health, & Society from the University of Arizona, Daniel immediately applied his skills at the university’s Lunar & Planetary Laboratory. There, he developed Python applications and designed space flight hardware using CAD.
When the pandemic began, Daniel seized the opportunity to expand his skill set into web development. His self-directed learning led to a significant career transition, resulting in nearly two years as a Web Developer at Arizona State University. Daniel relocated to Santa Rosa, enhancing our team with his diverse expertise and commitment to growth both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys skateboarding, attending movies and concerts, and playing and listening to music. Daniel is also passionate about cooking, baking, and embracing outdoor activities like camping and watching baseball. An avid gamer, he values time spent with family and friends, exploring new experiences, and learning.
A fun fact about Daniel: He is keen on developing his carpentry and woodworking skills, reflecting his broader enthusiasm for building and designing with his hands.
Creative Coordinator
Kasey Trapp, or “Kase” for short, is the Creative Coordinator at WSI Smart Marketing. A Sonoma County native, Kasey combines her creative background with her digital marketing skills to help WSI create effective campaigns. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute, bringing a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to content creation, social media management, and email marketing for our clients.
Kasey’s passion for the arts is paralleled by her love for nature and community. When she’s not orchestrating digital content strategies, Kasey is likely to be found exploring Bodega Bay, spending time dog-walking, or visiting local coffee shops.
Content Coordinator
At WSI Smart Marketing, KC Klonowski shapes compelling marketing narratives as the Content Coordinator. With a specialized focus on creating blogs, webpages, and geo-pages, KC employs advanced AI and SEO tools to research, develop, and optimize content, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
KC’s academic journey includes an associate’s degree in Digital Media Production and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and New Media from the University of Hawaii. Over the last five years, they have honed their skills in media and writing, transitioning from creative studios to the dynamic world of marketing. This background equipped KC with a deep understanding of how to blend creativity with technical expertise.
Outside of their professional life, KC is happily married and shares a home with a lively array of pets—three cats and a golden retriever named Zucca. They are passionate about painting and crafting and, as an enthusiast of the outdoors, KC spends their winters snowboarding and their summers soaking up the sun on the Russian River.
A fun fact about KC: they are an avid painter of gaming miniatures and celebrated a win at a local mini-painting competition in 2021, showcasing their artistic talent and attention to detail.
Founding Partner / Sr. Advisory Counsel
Judy Kelly is a Founding Partner / Sr. Advisory Counsel at WSI Smart Marketing. As Director of Production for the past 14 years, she oversees and coordinates the digital content, design, image production, multi-media production and publishing in conjunction with cross-functional development teams to deliver and maintain first-class websites.
Judy enjoys working with clients to learn about their businesses and establish the scope of their projects to ensure quality solutions. She enjoys the process of planning, organizing, and promoting web content and site development that includes graphic design, content writing/editing, and web coding.
Judy attended Santa Rosa Junior College and graduated from College of Marin with a Certificate in Court Reporting. Her years of experience in court reporting as well as her studies in interior home design have grounded her creative ambitions and served her well in website design production and content writing.
Judy is married, the mother of three sons, and Nana to four amazing grandchildren. She loves to travel, garden, cook and read.

Ken Kelly is a founding partner and the past Chief Executive Officer/President of WSI Smart Marketing. He co-founded the agency in 2007 and helped develop the plan that made WSI Smart Marketing a top agency producer focused on helping companies reach the next level of success.
With a career spanning four decades, Ken has achieved a thorough knowledge of marketing, sales and business management and understands how to promote businesses in an ever-changing and competitive market. His career association has included prestigious companies like Immucor, Inc., which grew to rank number one in the world within its industry.
His past experience includes teaching at the high school and university levels as well as teaching advanced sales skills and management in the medical field.
Ken holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington State University.
He is a husband, father of three sons, and grandfather to four exceptional grandchildren. In his spare time, Ken enjoys writing and is a published author.
